A fast-acting cure for smoked sausages. Same as "Prague Powder," "Fast Cure," and "Quick Cure 6.25% Nitrite."

Instructions: Mix bag contents (4 oz.) with 100 lbs. of meat.
Ingredients: Salt, sodium nitrite 6.25%, FD&C Red #3 .00099%.
